Thank you for your interest in We Women International. WWI is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to financially empower women. We support and encourage women in reaching their fullest potential.

Women are becoming a dominating force to be reckoned with and we support their efforts 100%. 

Women have proven their ability to achieve success despite the gender gap being very much prevalent in today's workforce. Here at We Women International, we feel its high time to acknowledge and commend women for overcomming obstacles despite thier circumstances. We want to help them become even more empowered and recognized as successful contributors to society. There’s no shame in telling it like it is, behind every good man is a great woman. It would only be fair now to return the favor and to support women in achieving their goals and dreams. Because of the foresite and focus of our Founder & CEO, Mrs. Luciena Fletcher, We Women International is a remarkable win for Maryland.
